Sydney Find Care Video

Background

The assignment is to create a video that gives a realistic view of the Sydney app experience. The video should show the ease of use and helpful features that a member can use to benefit their healthcare needs. The video format can reach members with more information than text and images alone. If members see this value, Sydney will see higher app utilization.

For the people problem we’re solving, only 13% of visits were to Find Care, and of those only 44% reported task completion. With a $25 COC savings per Find Care visit, these numbers need to be improved. We need to increase awareness of the Find Care feature and its ease of use.

One way we can improve the health of humanity is to give our members the tools to do so themselves and make them easily accessible. • Create informational videos that can be used in a variety of channels to promote the Sydney app’s top features. Promote a digital-first mindset among members.
